Món ăn cuối tuần

Cuối tuần này, một người bạn của ba cho Cá Hồi. Chà loại cá mà mẹ thích đây. Mẹ thích vì cá này có chứa nhiều DHA. Rất tốt cho việc phát triển trí não của các con. Từ hồi mẹ có thai Kathy, nhà mình ăn nhiều món ăn từ Cá Hồi, Cá ngừ Đại Dương. Hôm nay cũng là ngày Kathy tròn 7 tháng tuổi. Thế là mẹ đã có nguyên vật liệu rồi!

Mẹ làm món Cá Hồi áp chảo
Nguyên liệu:

- 2 miếng phi lê cá hồi.
- 1 muỗng canh bơ
- 1 muỗng canh nước tương.
- 1 muỗng cafê tỏi bằm.
- 1 muỗng cafê gừng cắt nhỏ.
- 1 muỗng canh đường.
- 1 muỗng cafê nuớc cốt chanh.

Thực hiện:
Cá:
- Rã đông cá hồi. Mẹ dùng lò vi sóng để rã đông. Một phần vì muốn cá chín một tí (Ăn tái sẽ không tốt cho Tina)
- Cho một ít bơ tráng qua chảo và cho cá vào áp chảo cho vàng và hơi se bề mặt. Áp chảo đều cả 4 mặt của miếng cá.
Nước xốt:
- Trộn đều đường, chanh, nước tương, gừng.
- Cho bơ, tỏi vào chảo phi cho thơm sau đó cho hổn hợp nước tương, chanh, đường và gừng vào, dung dịch này sôi lại là được.
- Nêm lại cho vừa ăn.

- Cá chín cho ra dĩa múc xốt lên thế là nhà mình đã có một món ăn ngon rồi

210 days

You are 210 days old. You have had a lot of changes from the first crying. Every change is our family pleasure.

You upturned later than your sister. Maybe, because you are heavier than your sister. Your sister could upturn when she was 2.5 months old, and you upturned when you were 4,5 months old.
After upturning, you could creep and crawl very fast. Specially each time you see the toys. You likes the red color. You always pay special attention to every red thing.

Now, you can sit but sometime it is not firm. So your sister often sit behind you for saving.

You have keen ears. You can listen a very small sound, so you often wake up with a start. You also realize where the sound is from and look at that way.

You often smile. Anybody call you, you always smile. Let's keep it.

Last 210 days are very nice with our family. Thank God because of sending you to our family

Paint and Color

As other children, You likes paint and color very much. You started to color when you were 2 years old and paint when you were 3 years old.

Mom remember that, when you were 2 years old. After working day, I came home and you were eager to show me what you painted. You prided of it very much. Do you remember where did you paint?... It was a wall of our new house. How could you paint on high wall? (enameled tile wall is 1.5m high) You painted on the wall above those enameled tile rows. You prided of showing me the table you stood on to paint on the wall. It was dangerous .... After that day, I bought a lot of notebooks for painting so this was only time you paint on the wall.

Tet Card

In special occasions, Mom often teach Tina make small and easy things. And I hope that you will teach Kathy in two years.

And before Tết Canh Dần (2010) Holiday. I taught you how to make New Year's greeting cards. Here is your achievements:

Our taste for music

Dad likes DIY tube amplifier. I made a lot of amplifiers. So both of you have listened music from 3 or 4 months pregnant. Mom nominated me as Entertainment Manager for our family.

Tina also likes listening music very much. You danced when listening music. And when you was born, listening music is your habit. When I made a new amplifier, you often asked me where is on/off button?, where is volume control?... You always pay attention to what i did to open music.

Kathy likes jolly music, specially you like game show "Rung Chuong Vang" at VTV3. You always have a special action when listening this kind of music. At night, i often open music for you. Your sister also likes to open symphony music for you when you sleep in the daytime. You also like the sounds of clapping hands. You often stop cry when listen that sounds.

And I, I spent my free time for making tube amplifier and enjoy music. Here is one of my amplifier.

3 tháng tuổiVà chỉ còn 6 ngày nữa là con sẽ tròn 7 tháng tuổi. Mấy ngày trước đây, con đã tự ngồi được rồi. Nhưng chưa vững lắm. Vì thế chị hai hay ngồi sau lưng con thế này để con khỏi bị té đó!

For your grandmother

After finished Áo Dài for Tina and mommy, your grandmother also would like to have a wool Áo Dài. I started to crochet Áo Dài for her after nice Noel days at Dalat.

I like it is a special Áo Dài, so I researched and considered very much. I was very happy when found a suitable model. I was eager to see my achievements and I like to finish it before Tet Holiday. So I nearly spent all my time to crochet it. I made it until New Year' Eve and It had done on time as I expected.

My best friend

Today is my best friend's birthday. She is also Tina's godmother. She comes from Dalat city but i had just known her on the first working day at Avon Company. Those days working at Avon are nice memories for us. She is a very nice, sweet and warm woman. Best wishes will come with her on her day.

I was very happy to make a special gift for her. I made it by hand. And Tina was also very eager to help me make flower and take photographs.

Cành đào ngày Tết

30 Tết, mọi năm ông Kha sẽ chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc chặt đào, và mang vô nhà chưng. Nhưng năm nay đến 4h chiều mà ông Kha vẫn chưa đi Di Linh về. Thế là ba sẽ đảm nhận việc này.

Quả là một ngày đáng nhớ! Ba đã rất cẩn thận trong việc chọn cành đào. Do chiều cao của trần nhà, đo chiều cao của cành đào để cưa cho chính xác.... thế mà nhiều small accident đã xảy ra hi..hi... Một kỷ niệm vui.

Ngày Tết cành đào nở rất đẹp. Trong nhiều năm gần đây, mẹ thấy cành đào năm nay là đẹp nhất.

Preparing for Noel'09

This Noel, you are 4 years and 7 months old and your younger sister is 4 months old. We went to Dalat. This was the first time Kathy went to Dalat.

Before the Noel day, Mr. Kha made manger. You helped him to decorate it. The weather was too cold but you had a late night waiting for decorating it.

You were very happy to show it with your Grandmother and dad.

Gift for mommy on 8/3/2008

Sản phẩm đầu tay

Một ngày nọ, gia đình mình đi dự đám cưới của một người bạn của ba mẹ. Nhìn thấy Cô Thy mặc áo dài móc, mẹ đã quyết tâm sẽ tự tay móc cho con một cái áo dài.

Mẹ đã móc khi còn đi học phổ thông. Lúc đó mẹ cũng chỉ móc bông hoa, đồ đựng bút, và vài thứ linh tinh khác... và đã không cầm lại móc hơn 10 năm nay. Có lẽ mẹ đã quên mất là mình biết cầm móc. Cám ơn Cô Thy nhé!

Đây là lần đầu tiên con mặc áo dài mẹ móc

Cũng phải mày mò lại từng tí một, tìm tòi kiểu cọ và bắt đầu học lại từng mũi một. Và rồi mẹ cũng đã hoàn thành áo dài cho con lúc đang mang thai em Kathy.
